RTS argues that 10 CFR Part 53 and agentic AI have reached a mutually enabling moment: Part 53 supplies a technology-inclusive, risk-informed, performance-based structure, and agentic AI can make its decomposition and traceability work practical on a real project schedule. The paper was developed with N. Prasad Kadambi, author of NUREG/BR-0303.
